Phones - Fixing Shoretel Internet Explorer Issue



Instructions

There's a KNOWN ISSUE with compatibility between Shoretel and Internet Explorer. You may notice this when changing Operating Systems (OS) on your computer. To make the Shoretel site work correctly in Internet Explorer 10 and 11, you need to ADD IT to your Trusted Sites. Do the following:

 1.  Open Internet Explorer.

 2.  Go to Tools.

 3.  Go to Internet Options.

 4.  Click the Security tab.

 5.  Inside the 'select a zone...' box, click on Trusted sites.

 6.  Next to Trusted sites, click the Sites button.

 7.  In 'Add this website to the zone:' enter:

https://192.168.20.50

 8.  Click the Add button.

 9.  Click the Close button.

10.  Click OK to finish.
